Qualifications - Minimum Requirements

- Credit Score - 575 or Higher
- No Felonies Allowed
- Verifiable Monthly Income of at least 3 times the Monthly Rent Amount
- Positive Rental History
- No Evictions or Judgments in the last 5 Years

Move-In Costs

- First month's full rent (If you move-in on day other than the first, you will still be required to pay one month’s full rent and you will pay the pro-rate on the second month.)
- Security Deposit (2x rent for below 600, 1x rent for above 600)
If credit score is verified above 600 - Deposit is One Month's Rent.
If credit score is verified between 575 - 599 - Deposit is Two Month's Rent
- Fur Babies: First month's pet rent ($50 monthly rent per pet) plus one-time pet fee $250 (non-refundable) per pet.

In order to secure the rental property, the approved applicant is required to place a deposit. Security Deposit amounts are above. Arrow Residential could request a higher deposit depending on the results of your verified application and required information. Pets are okay with non-refundable pet fee. Resident is responsible for all utilities including gas, electric, water, sewer and trash. Utilities are not included in base rent pricing. Stoves and refrigerators are provided/will be provided in all homes.
