A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in each apartment. Mature weight may not exceed 100 pounds per pet. A $250 refundable deposit per apartment and $250 nonrefundable fee per pet apply. Monthly pet rent of $40 applies. An additional $200 deposit will apply for puppies under 1-year-old. Please contact the leasing office for additional information including fee amounts, restricted breeds, policies regarding small pets, and pet policies. All animals must be pre-approved by management.
