If your application is approved with fewer points, we hold applications open for 60 days. You may apply your pre-approved application towards any of our other properties within those 60 days WITHOUT having to pay an application fee again. HOWEVER, we will need to be able to re-verify income.
EVERY APPLICANT MUST FILL OUT AN ANIMAL APPLICATION: Whether you are applying with or without a pet and/or animal, you MUST complete the pet application using the link below.
