This home has 2 large bedrooms and a full bathroom on the first floor with a large Master Bedroom and half bath filling the large upstairs space. Many upgrades including renovated kitchen with laminate flooring, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and newer carpet. A fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer will make even the chores during your extended stay easy. The home is comfortably furnished and stocked with linens, dishes, wifi internet and even a blow drier so all you have to do is show up! A fenced backyard includes a woodfire pizza oven and raised deck as well as a hot tub if the renter chooses to maintain it will allow you to fully enjoy the outdoor space.

In the winter you can get cozy with the pellet stoves, one upstairs and one downstairs, when you return from skiing at Heavenly Ski resort just 15 minutes away. In the summer Pope Beach is a bike ride away so you will never sit in that entry traffic again. The neighborhood is a short walk to Raley’s grocery store, or Southlake Brewing Company in one direction and the street ends at a trailhead in the other direction. Play all day hiking, mountain biking, trail running and sledding right from your front door.
