We are a pet-friendly community, welcoming one pet per apartment with a pet screening process. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 applies, along with a monthly pet rent determined by pet score. Our location is a shopper's paradise, with local shopping and restaurants just a short walk away. The local farmers market and nearby park add to the appeal of our community. For your convenience, we offer on-site coin-operated laundry facilities. Please note, a $50 monthly water fee applies, and liability to landlord insurance is required for an additional monthly fee. We value your security and caution you against scams; we do not post on Craigslist, do not accept Zillow applications, and only accept payments through our online portal or a PaySlip. A non-refundable application fee of $55 and a $65 admin fee apply. Apply through our website only to secure your new home at City Walk Apartments.
