Each applicant will receive an email for our pet screening process. There are 3 options to set up a profile, with a pet, with a service pet and no pet. Each applicant must set up a profile as part of the application process.
If pets are allowed in the property, the fees are $25 per month pet rent per pet max of $50.and a $500 pet security deposit per pet.

There will be a one-time move in fee of $150. This is separate from any move in fees by the community association or HOA.
