This appartment is the worse!!! The property manager is so rude. Slow in maintain request and she is charging way more than wear and tear . The reason I moved because property manager rude behaviors. I would not recomend everyone to live here.

Ive been living here for 13 years now, and have been very pleased with all that Huntington Park has to offer. Theres a playground for kids, a patio with shaded tables and barbecues, a great party room available, and a lot of space for reasonable rent. The staff, though, is what makes the place shine. Holding holiday parties with food, always on top of maintenance, snow cleared, and the beautiful gardens during the summer months are just a few examples. They go above and beyond, and thats what really makes it a great place to live!

I lived there for almost 3 years and from the time I moved in until the time I left was pleasant. Even when my rent went up it was still affordable. It was quite spacious and convenient location. Pretty much everything was walking distance as well nice walking trails nearby. Donna always helped me out whenever I did have an issue or a question. Maintenance was reliable as well. Overall majority of the staff were very friendly. When it was time for me to depart because of job they were very helpful as far as what I needed to do before I left. Overall it was a pleasant stay at Huntington park apartments.

I lived here for three years. It was a fairly nice, large apartment. Staff was friendly and helpful. Made sure the common areas were clean and snow was always plowed. The main reason I moved was because of the noisy, rude and smelly neighbors. The actual apartments and staff were fine.
