Furnished bedroom available in 4 bedroom 2 bath modern remodeled home. Available to women only. Sorry, no men. Large kitchen with lots of prep space, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 48” stove. Tankless hot water, central heat /AC, gas fireplace, washer / dryer, hot tub, patio with firepit, sunrise views, garden space, ample uncovered parking. Room is available from February to June. $100 for all utilities (water, sewer, power, WIFI, trash).
We’re an easy going couple in our 40s. We’ve lived with many housemates before and enjoy the company. We like to chat in common spaces and also highly respect people’s personal space and time. No need for forced connection. We work on developing the property and are in and out of the house a lot. We will be traveling for the spring so there might be other renters in our rooms. (We have the other two rooms in the house). You would be sharing a bathroom with one other renter and we share the other bathroom. We occasionally have company but it’s mostly just us. House is very peaceful and safe, filled with natural light. Sunrises are beautiful. Property is at the end of a country road near andys produce on shared property. We have 2 pet pigs, Pickles and Pixie. We work as property developers and are also relationship coaches and have spent many years in the healing world. We love backpacking, skiing, hot springing, dancing, travel, soccer, gardening, house projects, wine, coffee, family, celebrating, and all the good things in life. We are omnivores, keep a tidy house, but also very much live here. Sometimes theres personal items around or a few dishes in the sink. If you need things perfect this is not a good house for you. I would give us a B+ for cleanliness. We have a house keeper once a month for deep cleaning. Single occupancy. No pets. You must work outside of the home at least 3 days a week. Utilities $100 per month. Income requirement is $3k per month. Please DM me with some personal info about you.
