Terms
1. Application Fee $55.00 *non-refundable* paid to third-party. 3x rent required for income, cosigners accepted.
2. Holding Fee $250.00 applied towards security deposit.
3. Security Deposit based on credit.
4. Pets are allowed (some restrictions apply). $300 deposit and $30 / month.
5. Parking available. Each resident will have one registered spot.
6. Utilities cost for Water/Sewer/Trash/Common Area Electricity & Gas (if any) based on the number of occupants:
