The kitchen has granite counters and new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The unit is cable ready. There is a $100/month utility fee for water/sewer/garbage.
At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $1000 deposit that is then applied to the refundable security deposit upon approval. This is a no smoking and no dog building. Cats are welcome.
