2.) Background/Credit check report fee - $35 per person (nonrefundable).
We don’t ask for the last month rent to be prepaid, if your credit is approved after the screening.
The first lease is always for 1 year. Different options for extension.
TO MOVE IN: First month rent (to be paid when signing the lease).
Tenants must have Renters Insurance from accredited Insurance Company (State Farm, Farmers, Safeco, etc.).
PETS: Cats and friendly dogs (except the largest heaviest breeds) are welcome. The manager must meet your dog before submitting the application for approval. The amount of the pet fee (nonrefundable) and the pet deposit (refundable) depends of the kind of pet you have and must be paid prior to move-in. We DO NOT charge monthly pet rent.
