- If you’d like to have your rent suddenly raised by $400 per month and justified - not with new amenities and appliances - but by the fact that the new complex across the street is charging as much: 19th and Mercer may be for you.
- If you’d like to be ignored for months on end while you wait for your broken appliances to be repaired, only to end up fixing them yourself with personal funds: 19th and Mercer may be for you.
- If you’d like to be consistently left in the dark by the Property Manager, despite trying all possible methods of contacting her: 19th and Mercer may be for you.
It is clear that this complex is improperly managed, based on its consistent indifference towards tenants. Hopefully, these tips help you in making your decision, and, hopefully, that decision is to avoid 19th and Mercer altogether.
