The Manchester Arms is a 5-story, 60-unit apartment building erected in 1908. The vintage-restored early 20th-century design and classic brick architecture are unmistakable as you walk from the beautiful entryway into the elegant, open lobby. Each unit boasts elevated 10' ceilings, central heat, and gas-equipped kitchens. Many units have exposed brick, updated laminate wood floors, renovated kitchens, and new appliances. Several even have beautiful classic bay windows with views of the city! Each unit in The Manchester Arms is distinctive, no two units are exactly the same. There are 3 types of floorplans to choose from: the efficiency suite with shared bath, the traditional studio, and the 1-bedroom.
