PLEASE NOTE: No smoking. Well behaved dogs considered. The kitchen stove is smaller than average.
PETS: This is an ideal spot for dogs! Large back yard, community jogging trail at Pitney Meadows across the street, and SPA Park is 3 blocks away.
PET POLICY:
- Lawn must be well maintained, pet waste picked up right away.
- There is a $200 fee per pet. No barking dogs in yard.
