I moved to Santa Monica on Main from out-of-state and my experience was fantastic! Andrew is the absolute best -friendly, professional and was very accommodating to my needs considering I wasn't local. When I finally arrived, my apartment was everything and more - very modern, well-maintained, and a block from the beach!! The location is prime and very walkable. I'm close enough to 'the action' but not in the thick of it, so I get a good night's sleep because it's very quiet at night. I absolutely love it here and have ZERO complaints!
This is a great place, the maintenance team answer calls quick. Anthony and Juan are quick to respond and efficient with any request for the complex or the units.

Ive lived at Avalon on Main for the past 8 years. I rarely have maintenance issues but when I do the Avalon maintenance team is best in class especially Anthony hes always friendly and professional. Edgar is also professional and his follow up is outstanding. Thank you Anthony and Edgar today for excellence in service.

Its been so fun living here! One block from the beach and right on Main Street. I have a dog, so the location close to a dog park and doggie daycare has been so helpful! Andrew from the leasing office has treated me like family since my initial tour, through move-in, and now supporting me as a resident. He has been so helpful with any questions I might have and given me so much help with packages, parking, even printing out shipping labels for me!! Avalon on Main is a fun and comfortable place to live highly recommend!
Really enjoying my time here at Avalon. Thank you to the staff and shout outs to Andrew and Anthony for making it all easy!
