Additional vehicles, trailers, RVs, etc. may not be stored, long-term, on the property.
ANIMALS:
A small animal may be allowed after discussion.
We keep horses... and they're pretty close! So this casita comes with an occasional horse face over the fence and sometimes a “thump in the night” from the nearby barn.
LEASE: One year lease required.
