We are seeking a clean, responsible, and friendly tenant who plans to make our home their long‑term residence. Our tenants typically stay with us for several years because we offer well‑maintained properties and provide fair, attentive service. We truly value the people who choose to live in our homes and have been fortunate to work with wonderful individuals and families who take pride in where they live.
To maintain this standard, we require a positive, verifiable rental history and a stable employment record. Applicants with a history of significant rental issues—such as property damage, chronic late payments, poor landlord references, or serious criminal offenses involving violence or sexual misconduct—will not be approved.
If you have experienced past housing challenges that were isolated, occurred some time ago, or were due to circumstances that have since changed, we may still be able to consider your application with first month’s rent and a higher security deposit paid upfront. Please note that any upfront payments do not apply toward last month’s rent.
