Once approved, there is a one-time lease set-up/initiation fee is $300. Tenants are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) which includes renters insurance and many other benefits for $49.95 per month.
If you want to apply, there is a non-refundable $50 application fee. We require two months of current paystubs and a copy of your Drivers License attached to the application. One year of continuous employment is needed. We do accept cosigners and guarantors.
