The view of the lagoon and Mt. Tam are stunning and immediately sold me on buying the townhouse! Living on the lagoon was so very special. I remember watching the pelicans and egrets from my living room or deck and taking daily walks on the walking path along the bay. As an avid tennis player, having tennis courts was an added plus! My townhouse is light and bright and always felt like a vacation home, a place I truly loved living in. And the sense of community among the Spinnaker Point residents was, and is, wonderful. I've always felt that Spinnaker Point is a hidden oasis in Marin.
