Rental Screening Fee: $38 Per Applicant to apply.
This $38 rental screening fee is Non-refundable. Each individual applicant (18 and older) is required to pay by Credit/Debit card & apply on-line. A screening fee of $38 to process a credit report from Equifax and verify background, rental and employment verification's.
