The apartment is an upstairs unit in a newly constructed barndominium located in a beautiful rural setting away from noise/traffic and in a safe environment. We furnished the apartment with upscaled furniture and appliances for comfort and utility. We provided lots of storage areas. We thought about the traveling tenant's needs and provided a desk workstation with two monitors, blackout curtains on the windows, and many home essentials (dishes/pots/pans, kitchen spices, towels, cleaning tools/products, blender, coffee maker, hair dryer, etc.) to make it easier for you. Each bedroom includes a Smart TV and a lounging chair. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer in the unit.
Parking for two vehicles outside and sensor lights outside for security. Outside side yard with shade tree and picnic table for lounging in the outdoors. Beautiful sunsets out the window, and peaceful living. Access to swimming pool.
