We have now lived here for about 5 months, we love it. The pool is better than most hotels, Guest parking is spacious, maintenance is on top of it, and when youre nice they really go above and beyond.
Our water heater went out and the apartment got it replaced the very next day with no charge to us. They are constantly striving to make improvements and upkeep and they do a beautiful job of it.
Emily, Carol, and Donn at the front office are all amazing, and have helped me countless times, even if its just needing a cup of coffee to figuring out more technical difficulties. My puppy gets so excited when we pass the office to say hello, she just loves the employees here. They even gave us a card when my husband came home from deployment. I would 10/10 reccomend.

Do not move here if you expect reasonableness and respect. Everyone is so lovely when you are looking and moving in, but watch out...
Do not move here if you expect reasonableness and respect. Everyone is so lovely when you are looking and moving in, but watch out because they will screw you over in the end. The move out fees are totally unreasonable and they will threaten you with a collection agency if not paid immediately. They know if you are concerned about your credit score (which isn't everyone, especially when you are moving) that you will just pay their unreasonable fees. They also do not understand what a legal contract is. Not sure if all Lyon Communities are like this, but I'm sure going to let them know at headquarters what this one is really like. Nice to your face and stab you in the back (wallet, really).

DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE. The staff is nothing but wanna be management but in reality are nothing but the lowest form of collection agents. All they care about is your money. My neighbor had a horrible cockroach infestation and they would not do anything, declaring it was still in livable condition. God forbid you are late on rent. I was evicted eventhough I had made arrangements ti pay. When you move out, expect to pay around 1,200 or more eventhough you clean the place with perfection.

im sorry but this place is rediculous! the office staff is completely stuck up! every time something comes up they give attitude. i just calledabout a package possibly being in the office and she went off saying "i cant keep bugging them for your stuff" this lady only called them once! then didnt call me back tell 4 mins before they closed. poor srvice unless they get money out of it. ive been calling about my scurity deposit check and its ben 4 days after hey said theyd call me back. i hav more to complain about but mykeyboards broken, whatever yo do DO NOT live here!
