Ideal for working professionals’ or friends’ group to move in together or a whole family. Close to everything and easy commute up to hi-tech hubs (San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View…etc.).
Each room in the house has its own bathroom and storage (ensuite rooms). One room downstair is fairly private and has a back porch. ½ bath is on second floor of the common living room. 2 other rooms are on the third floor.
Living room has 70” T.V, cinema sound system, couch, dinner table/chairs, kitchenware (Refrigerator, Oven, stoves, microwave, grill on the balcony). Master bedroom has TV, full frame/bed and lots of storage. The second bedroom has TV, full bed, and closet. Ready for moving in asap. No smoking, drugs, excessive parties.
