I was booked here for a business trip. And since i wasn't paying for the room, I'll say that I would not return and spend my own money to stay here. The location may seem attractive, however, the need to pay for parking might come back to get your pocketbook with the money you think you have saved. Furthermore, rooms are fairly out of date despite a round of upgrades. hotel wi fi was spotty. my window, at street level, didn't lock correctly. At least I was near the lobby and what I owned could come with me. otherwise, i would have asked to be moved. I'd suggest looking at the older beach sites or hotel Circle for a room rather than brave this location.

Bed sheets were not changed, bed was just fixed to look nice when we got back. Room floor was very uneven, and we were on the fourth floor. I did like the coffee pot the room, made it very easy for me to have my morning coffee.

I don't understand all the bad reviews. My stay here was pretty nice. Free breakfast, although it should have healthier options, nice and helpful staff, and privacy. Also my room was very clean! I am a clean freak, bother line OCD, and I inspected everything. From the closet, to the mirrors, to the blinds and light bubs, I couldn't find any dust. The rooms are on the small size, but you get what you pay for! The hotel is close to glaslamp, and the airport, as well as other attractions. All in all, this is a good value place.

Seriously I would have rather paid more and actually felt like I was at a hotel. I've had better service at Motel 6. It was completely ridiculous. Never have I been treated so rudely.
