-HOA MOVE IN/OUT GUIDELINES: Schedule at least 5 days in advance of the move. Submit MI/MO request form to HOA. Submit copy of lease. Nonrefundable move fee $175.00 (paid to coordinator on the day of your move-in cash or prior to your move online via invoice.) Moves are conducted between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Moves on a Saturday are conducted 9:00 a.m. and 1:00p.m. Only 1 move per day is allowed. Residents shall provide management with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for worker's comp and liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 for the moving company, naming Metrome Homeowners Association and Action Property Management, Inc. as additional insured..
