Salemtowne rules do not allow any resident under 18 years of age. New tenants must meet with Salemtowne office personnel within 10 days of move in to complete orientation and registration agreeing to abide by the Rules and Regulations of Salemtowne. Proof of age for all residents will be required during this visit. A $50 registration fee will be required during orientation and will be payable to the Salemtowne Civic Association.**

Application Fee: $45 for the 1st adult, $25 for each additional adult (regardless of marital status).
