trees, and variety in residential architecture. It doesn’t get more centrally located than this with
walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, parks and schools. Access to all major freeways is only
a minute away and Target/Safeway are a few minutes down the street.
Our 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath Bungalow holds its charm with a beautifully upgraded kitchen, hardwood floors, and curved ceilings. We have a private 1 car garage, semi-enclosed backyard, and shared driveway. A jack-and-jill bathroom connects two good sized bedrooms, and an added bonus room/office overlooks the backyard with wrap-around windows. Many lush trees and bushes surround the yard, and a monthly gardener is included in the cost of rent.

We require:
Annual lease
Move in with 1st month's rent plus 1 month security deposit.
Rental criteria are first come, first serve, with a minimum income of 2.5 times the monthly rent, a FICO score of 650 or higher credit score, and at least 2 years of positive, verifiable rental history or homeownership. Application fee is $45 per adult living in unit and fully refundable if not processed.
Pets must interview and extra $500 refundable pet deposit required.
Maximum occupancy is 2 per bedroom, plus 1.
