Rental Qualification Guidelines:
1. Minimum 2 active trade lines with on-time payments in the last 2 years (Minimum 650+ credit score)
2. 2 years of verifiable rental history or homeownership.
3. Gross monthly income of at least 3x the rent.
4. No prior evictions
5. Bankruptcies must be discharged for at least 2 years
6. Co-signers are considered but not guaranteed.
