- Must provide proof of income that is 2 to 3 times the rent amount
- Need a copy of your driver's license or ID
- Credit and Background Check Owner pays for Electric bill monthly
- Unfortunately no pets and no smokers (however, I will be willing to discuss case to case with the renter)
- One-year lease minimum but would prefer a family looking to stay for a few years
- The renters are responsible for maintaining the front and backyard
