Longer-term stays fall under Texas Tenant Laws. We require all adult guests to complete the following:
• Provide IDs
• Application and background check: $55/adult
• Refundable Security deposit: $3750 + $500/pet
• Non-refundable move-out fee: +$75/pet
• Signed month-to-month lease + pet addendum
• Guests are required to get rental insurance (about $20/mo)
