Dingy apartments, looks great from the outside. The plus side would be the huge play area. Alot of drama action on weekends would b the down side.

And they seem to lose paperwork all the time or are just too lazy to look for it... There are so many rules and regulations and they do home inspections it seems like every 4 months... Its really aggravating and disruptive.

Low income apartments not to bad I guess they can use some remodeling the kitchens are ridiculous small. And some new flooring can go a long way...

There is rude neighbors. Not exactly a nice place to live even with kids. Other kids are rude and disrespectful. They throw eggs and rocks at your windows and doors. Maintenance doesn't help. The boss doesn't care and is very rude. I would not consider this a nice place. Neighbors will complain you did something bad but really didn't and then you get a notice from maintenance. There is constantly leaks. I had my boxes in my closet and there was water everywhere and in the winter, ice was all over my stuff in the closet. I do not like this place and I would not consider living here with our without kids.

You should definitly rent an apartment here if you like to be poor and ghetto. This is one of the worst if not the worst apartment complexes in Rome NY. Full of trash drugs and low income riff raff. Not a safe place to call home or to raise your children.
