We run a $50 non-refundable credit check ($25 for a second applicant, which would be total $75 total for 2 people on an application), check rental history, and you need to make 3.5 times the rent amount to qualify. (600 minimum credit score and Good Referral from Previous Landlord required.) You may pick up an application from the front desk after viewing the property.
