This beautiful home has 2 spacious apartments. Each unit has original hardwood floors, tons of closet space, and a large kitchen with a beautiful dining room right off it. Laundry hookups and storage space available in the clean, dry basement. Rent includes trash, water, and sewer. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment. Pet rent is $25/month per pet. Pet Fee is $100. Cats and Small Dogs allowed.
Requirements:
Monthly income should be around 2.5-3x monthly rent to be approved with proof of monthly income from all sources. (Pay Stubs, Retirement, Savings, DSS,SSI,EBT, etc.)

Anyone over 18 intending to stay more than 15 days per year must fill out an application and pay the $25 fee so that we can check the credit and background of anyone staying on the property.
