Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $750.00 per month for an individual or couple with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $400 and last month’s rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease.
Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $785.00 per month for an individual or couple with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $400 with a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease.
The house is completely furnished. It is shared with one housemate.
All leases and payments are made through Innago which is a secure and verified electronic system where you will view your lease, submit maintenance requests, pay rent and easily communicate with us!
