Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $800.00 per month for one person with a $75 leasing fee, move-out cleaning/maintenance fee of $275, with no security deposit and 1 week written notice to terminate the lease.
The house & bedroom is completely furnished.
All leases and payments are made through Innago which is a secure and verified electronic system where you will view your lease, submit maintenance requests, pay rent and easily communicate with us! Innago charges a $2 fee per transaction with a connected bank account or 1.99% fee when connected to a CC or debit.
