The lease options are:
-Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $885.00 per month for an individual with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $400 and a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease.
-Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $825.00 per month for an individual with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $400 and last month's rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease.
The house is completely furnished.
