We approve on a first-come, first-qualified basis: Applications are processed in the order they are received once completed (including all adult applications and required documents). The first applicant who meets all qualification requirements will be approved.

Move-in requirements:
First month’s rent and a security deposit equal to one month’s rent are required regardless of move-in date. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. The second month will be prorated depending on the move-in date.
