My name is Ashelik Bagley, I am a Realtor from Florida who visited Richmond from June 5 - June 9. My clients are looking to reside in Richmond for the winter months. I have family in Richmond and am familiar with the area. My husband and I stopped over at my uncles home in Dunston Manor West Saturday June 8. When we left Sunday morning at 3am, we found our vehicle was gone. We called the police as we thought our car was stolen. The police informed us our vehicle was towed. Please note, we were parked in the visitor designation. We waited until 11am to retrieve our vehicle from On Demand Towing and asked why our vehicle was towed. We were informed it was because our TIRE was touching the white line. Not that we were taking up 2 parking spots or over the white line, but our tire was TOUCHING the white line. I asked for proof of this and was advised the rental office would provide this information. Please note, I have called 804-233-5331 and have left several voice messages with no response. Please advise if you can provide proof of this infraction as I am certain our vehicle was targeted for having out of state plates. I patiently await a response. Sincerely Ashelik Bagley Realtor®

If i can give it zero stars i would. Dunston manor is the worst place i have ever lived. They are full of s*** and they are robbing people. Nobody knows what is going on. They dont fix anything and they claim they had to use my whole 1100 dollar deposit to fix a door that was already broken when i moved in and i recorded it and put it on the list of things that was wrong with my apartment...a rug and to paint the hallway walls. Plus i had a credit of 678 and used 550 to break the lease so if the carpet and door is 150 each thats no more than 300 dollars where is the rest of my money. I will be taking them to court if it is not fixed. They are giving me the run around because they dont want to give me my money back but i have every last piece of paper for my proof....Do Not and i mean Do Not move here if you value your time money and space. Also they say they have on site laundry thats a lie. I asked management where its at they said they dont know if they have one. The apartment wasnt even fixed when i moved in and sonia said she would have them fix it. Ive been putting work orders in since i moved in oct. But they always claim they lost the work orders or they dont know what happened because they switched management to lynette. But now they want to charge me for the last person who was living there before me. I dont think so i took pictures of how i moved in and i have witnesses so we will see about them keeping my whole deposit

I went to go visit a friend that lives around here. I was only gonna be in her house for a short amount of time , so I decided to just park in front of her house not in visitors. I wasn't aware that these ghetto apartments tow 24/7. They towed my car and when I went to the rental office to ask for the information about the tow place. THE RENT LADY DIDNT KNOW THE TOW COMPANY NAME, NO NUMBER, NO NOTHING. She kept saying she was new but thats not an excuse. She should KNOW whats going on around her apartment complex . I WAS VERY DISGUSTED !
