Private bedroom for rent in an end-unit 3-bed 2.5 bathroom end-unit townhome. Primary bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor. Your room would be on the second floor, where it is separated from the third bedroom by a jack-and-jill bathroom. I use the third bedroom as an office, so >95% of the time you would have a private bathroom except for very rare occasions when I have people visiting overnight. Downstairs has hardwood floors- upstairs is carpeted.
Bedroom includes: overhead light with ceiling fan, 32” TV with Roku, walk-in closet with dresser-like storage, bed/mattress/sheets/towels, two bedside tables, tall shelving unit, shorter shelving unit holding TV, table lamp, floor lamp
You would have access to household features: one parking space in the driveway, screened porch with ceiling fan, kitchen cookware, dishware, dishwasher and small appliances, and washer/dryer.
All utilities included – high speed Internet, trash, water, sewer, electricity.
House has a whole-home generator for when the power goes out.
Also, I have a cat, so housemate would need to be comfortable around cats.
