Excellent outdoor space including a large, fenced-in backyard and large front and back porches. Ample street parking and private parking.
This is available for mid-long term renters. I travel quite a bit so the other bedroom will only be occupied by me for a couple of weeks at a time, a few times a year- essentially, you'll have the place entirely to yourself. So long as you're respectful, tidy, and communicative, you should feel welcome to feel right at home!
Monthly rent is all-inclusive. No additional cost for utilities. I would ask that we do split commonly shared things like paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags :)
