Best property management team Ive had the pleasure of working with in my time in California! Wally and Paola have been very friendly, flexible, and professional during my entire tenure living here as a resident.
Properties are only good to live in when they are ran by great managers that care for both you and the property you're in. This is why I've been very happy to live here; Wally and Paola have worked with me to resolve any issues that might've come up (both in my application process and in my living unit). Most importantly, I appreciate their transparency when it comes to any issues that might prop up at the apartment. It's been my first time coming home to an apartment where I hope I can catch up and greet at least one of the managers on a daily basis.
The property itself is well maintained, and the corner units are FANTASTIC for the space that you get. You'll have assigned parking, an Amazon Hub locker to safely have packages stored at when purchasing from Amazon hub, and a nice modern laundry room that makes doing laundry easy.
Once you move in, it's also relatively easy to get back to your apartment after coming home from a long day of work. I NEVER want to take elevators again thanks to the friendly layout of the complex.
My only critique so far (pretty minor in the grand scheme of things) is that the 2nd floor garage is pretty difficult to drive up to in the tight driveway; it can be easy to hit your car on the curb if you don't turn sharp enough. A small price to pay for comfort and ease of mind.
Wally, Paola, and Orlando have been exceptional in addressing issues. For the most part, the property is kept clean. Happy there is security every night.

The new management is good but unfortunately the biggest problem is that there are lots of 'huge' cockroach around which is not good for us tenants. We did pest control for like 4x already, but still it didn't work out. I hope the management will take an action for this issue. But all in all, the management has been good to us.
