Available for TRAVEL NURSES - 2 to 3 months minimum
NON-Travel Nurses - Minimum 1 year contract. No exceptions.
ALL details listed here are non negotiable and your credit check must be 650 and above.
It's important to read ALL the details and are confident that you'll be the PERFECT fit for us BEFORE you randomly send a tour request. No one has time to waste right!
Only after you've given us a brief description of your situation like number of people, proof of Hospital employment, (if Travel nurse) ,,, etc. Then we'll READ what you're all about and contact you.
Head of Household MUST have a steady real established job, not just a side hustle.
Any non married couples: Each adult tenant must have a credit and background check.

Located in Reno's coveted most charming Midtown area with majestic mature trees, wonderful vintage architecture, shops, restaurants, art galleries, the Truckee River and Midtown events all within walking distance! This Cottage is a total sweet spot.
Fully furnished Boho Style with fun eclectic art, has 1 Queen bed, 1 daybed and 1 bathroom. Cozy secluded place on a residential alley that is clean and bright with really good neighbors.
Pine walls and ceiling, Smart TV, leather couch, rugs and carpeted bedrooms.
The vintage kitchen is compact with a full size refrigerator & stove, microwave, etc. Laundry room has full size washer and dryer and pantry. Built in electric heaters keep the place warm and toasty,,, just no air conditioner.
The lovely back yard is SHARED with the main house. It's fully landscaped and quiet with a quality BBQ to use, a swing seat and gardening plots if you have a green thumb.
*Backyard maintenance IS the responsibility of the Non-Travel Tenant.
Non-refundable Cleaning fee is $600.
Furnished: TRAVEL Nurses rental term is 2 to 3 months. Includes furnishings & utilities.
No backyard maintenance duties.
Must shovel snow on their own driveway and walkway. Snow shovel provided.
NON Travel Medical/Long term Tenants - Rental term is minimum 1 year.
* Furniture is included, but does not include the extra small amenities or utilities.
Yard care is required of long term tenants.
No fur or scale pets allowed. BUT MAYBE ONE tiny, under 15 pound, chihuahua size might be accepted with approval.
Small birds okay.
REMEMBER*** IMPORTANT ***Please TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF, OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS TO LIVE WITH YOU AND RENTAL NEEDS BEFORE YOU SEND US A REQUEST!
Because we cherish our property and want only upright respectable tenants, not unsavory sorts, your social media sites will be required. Transparency is priority to us. Thank you for understanding.
***Note - there are NO variables or options to change any of the listing details or requirements. So please do not request to bring your large dogs or to use the backyard as a holding space for your animals or for us to remove any of our furnishings.
