Good:
1. neighbors are nice afaic.
Problems:
1. leaky windows -> super cold in the winter and no heater is powerful enough to keep the room warm.
2. broken washer and dryers all the time, filthy laundry room.
3. crazy drivers doing donuts/tire burning/reving engines past midnight.
4. slow drainage 3-4 times a year in the basin/bathtub.

Staffs are friendly and polite, but besides that it's not a pleasant living experience overall. 1) There are two elevators in the building, the larger one of them is broken most of the time. As the time of writing it's broken for more than a month and there is no sign it will get fixed any time soon. 2) The door to the hallway lets in a lot of air, so if someone smokes pot on your floor, it's a party time and be prepared to get high! 3) laundry is located on the first floor. People put in all kinds of stuff in the washer. Sometimes you will walk in the laundry room and find out half of wash machines not functioning.
It is quite, staff are helpful, it has its own place for laundry
I am very happy to be here, it feels like home.
My dog is happy.
The staff here is wonderful.
