Tenants will not be allowed to place any sheds/storage buildings due to park layout and septic placements.

Electric: Lumbee River Electric (Tenant Responsible for Contacting and Setting up Personal Account)
Water: Provided by the Park, Billed to the Tenant on a Quarterly Basis
Sewer: Home on Septic Tank
Trash: Tenant can contract with private company of choice OR take their own trash to the Hoke Co. Convenience Site located on Franklin Road.
