This is a private and secluded living space.
No loitering, lingering, or social gatherings outside of the cottage.
Visitors should be limited and must not disrupt the peaceful atmosphere of the property.
4. Respect for Shared Spaces
Any outside shared areas must be kept clean, organized, and respectful for everyone's use.
No personal belongings should be left outside.
5. Privacy & Seclusion
This home is ideal for someone who values privacy and a quiet lifestyle.
No excessive socializing on the premises- this is a peaceful residence, not a community gathering space.
