Once your completed applications, and proof of income (paystub, employment offer letter, bank statement, tax return) are received by email, a member of our Leasing Team will email you a link from Square that will allow the application fee(s) to be paid online with a debit/credit card. Please note there is a $20 application fee per application to apply for this unit which is itemized as $18.00 for the tenant screening (credit/criminal check) and $2.00 for the processing fee for the application fee invoice provided to you by Square. The following minimum requirements must be met in order to qualify for this unit:
• 2 years or more of positive rental history
• Credit score of 680 or higher
• No Criminal History
• No Bankruptcy
• Proof of income that you make 2.5 times the monthly rent (For example-If the unit is $1,000/month you must show that you make $2,500/month).
• If you do not meet the rental history, credit, or income requirements, we do accept co-signers who do. They will need to complete a co-signer application, as well as pay an additional $20 application fee to have their information processed as well.
