HArd to get in but once you are in the apartments its just as good as it gets!

I have been living here a month. While our apartment is older and not updated... I have not experienced any of the issues in other reviews (trash, neighbors, roaches, etc). It is clean, grounds are kept up nicely, pool is nice.
Anything maintenance related is fixed promptly.....
I just want to express my appreciation for Jose. He did a fabulous job fixing our maintenance issues correctly the first time. He is very knowledgable, patient, friendly, and efficient. This is our second maintenance request since we moved in. The first was our AC unit wasnt working properly the first week we moved in, and he came over at 8pm (on a Saturday night) and got it back working. The other issues he took care of promptly.
Jose also did not mind my loud mouth dog.
From now on, I will request Jose to fix any new issues that may develop.
