This is just a place where my friends that live here that I have had reports from & I have seen the way the treat & attend their tenants here. 10 Thumbs up for this very carefree caring team that work here!!!

I give them a 5 star because it is deserved. This is the 2nd year for my son and I and we find it to be quite peaceful. They did a renovation since we moved here and we couldn't be happier. Yes, we had roached at first but since the Reno the problem has been solved. Even before though, they made sure to have the exterminator here faithfully, on Fridays, per your request. The management is wonderful. Maintenance is great as well. The neighbors are lovely, at least mine are. Also, the occasional cat visit is wonderful. They don't bother us not one bit.

I absolutely love my apartment. Perfect size. Perfect area that meets all my shopping needs. A nice City Park Sueno Park in walking distance. A pharmacy in walking distance . Its centralized to accommodate transportation out front of the complex. Amenities all around. Staff is great. Maintenance dependable and do a great job with everyday maintenance needs.
