This is a fantastic store, not only because of the furniture and the airy, industrial-chic vibe, but also because of the people. The staff was cheerful and very helpful when I visited. Randy was particularly accommodating, as were the other people working, including a classic beauty with cute dresses. The bar stools I purchased to finish off our home are perfect.

Customer service here needs lots of work. On the hunt for an accent chest, I discovered this place after leaving West Elm. I went inside and was greeted by no one, not even two associates that I made eye contact with. I found a piece that I liked and requested assistance. I was one of two people in the store at the time. Why was getting service so difficult? A third associate became available. She said they didn't have my piece in stock and that she could order it. I gave her my contact information and never heard from her. I called back and my call was never returned. Needless to say, I'll make my purchase elsewhere.
