Wouldnt recommend anyone to move here! Rancho Del Sol doesnt not appreciate their loyal tenants. They will raise your rent every year even when its not time to renew your lease! My rent has increased significantly in the short amount of time I moved here. This year alone my rent has been raised twice already! I have NO pets or NO added housemates. Keep looking dont move here!!!

I had the opposite experience from all these other reviews. The lack of communication with the staff was very unprofessional. I was originally looking for a 2 bedroom and was told they were unavailable until Sept, so I went for a 3 bedroom and was excited with the floorplan and cost of rent. What the website doesn't tell you is that these are income based apartments and you have to qualify to move in. I filled out all the paperwork even put down a $99 holding deposit. I was told by Leslie that I would be contacted with the status of my application the following week. No phone call, so I waited as to not be a bother to them. Finally after almost 2 weeks I called the exact number that had called me several times to discuss everything. I even went onto their web site and contacted them there for an update as well. I was also told by Leslie that she was unsure of my exact move in date and would contact me about that as well. She said "around" the 8th-15th. So I waited, I had to move by the 15th of June so after not hearing from her or anyone else I figured something went wrong so I looked elsewhere. In the meantime my out of town boyfriend moved back to AZ after being gone for 7 months and made it so we would no longer qualify for these apartments. Mind you I was told that I did qualify before hand after giving them basic info with my single income. So after over a month of not hearing anything from the staff I finally got a phone call 2 days before I was supposed to move in...2 days to discuss my move in date! When I explained what had happened I was met with attitude, saying I should be "more courteous" and give more notice if I'm going to back out of an apartment, also that I forfeit my $99 deposit, what could these people possibly be doing with my hard earned money? I never lived there and already paid for the $25 application which was unrefundable so it's not like they used my deposit to file paperwork. I wish I never walked into this place, I basically handed them an entire days worth of my income for nothing. I should have been contacted weeks ago about an exact move in date, I should have been contacted to be advised I 100% qualified for the apartment. This should not have been only my responsibility to call over and over again for this information. So if you are thinking of applying here make sure to get all contact info to keep the line of communication open. The apartment we ended up getting has been amazing, they answer their phone and their emails quickly and professionally. All I truly want is my deposit back because I gave up the apartment, I'm sure someone else will fill it right away there was a lot of people in the office that day looking for my exact apartment!

This is excatly what I prayed for, a house feel with apartment amenities. The girls in the office are amazing, so professional and helpful! I love the gym and the two beautiful pools! The school is also amazing, this is a great place to live I'm so happy we live here! It's been a month since I moved here and no problems what so ever! I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great family oriented place to live, or even a fresh start!!

We came from Chicago a few years ago and it has been very hard to find a nice place to live in Arizona, we stumbled upon these apartments on Google, we came and applied everything was honest professional and top line service, I initially thought this was all too familiar they always be nice then take your money and change! This WAS NOT that at all! the two beautiful ladies remained the same polite and very helpful, they stayed in constant contact with us as well! when we finally got approved we we're due to move in at a later date we explained we had no where to go, Leslie went above and beyond and we were able to move in faster it was perfect! I am somgratso g for the rancho del sol townhomes. Please if you are worried about not seeing the house please let me to you my three bedroom is beautiful bright updated and I'm in love.

This month marks 1 year of me being at Rancho Del Sol, Peoria, AZ. From day one when I came to fill out an application the manager Kaylie was and still is today very nice, courteous and very helpful. When I first applied she knew I was moving out of my house and out of my comfort zone. Once I was approved and moved in all the attitudes, smiles of all of the staff that I have encountered have been the same and awesome. When I first met Leslie the lady when you first walk in the door she is sweet as pie and always smiling. I love the maintenance staff the supervisor John as well as one of the maintenance gentleman by the name of Arnold. They are very professional and every morning when I see maintenance or the front office staff they say good morning and wave. Anyone that knows me knows that I would not put any post on any page if I did not truly like where it is I live as a matter of fact I love where I live. If you have an opportunity to come by this apartment complex if you're looking for something or you just want a nice smile you will get it from Kaylie and Leslie. I love this apartment complex it's roach free and the complex is kept clean. I give them 5 stars in my opinion.

My husband and our kids have lived here for about a month now, but we had our eyes on these apartments for a while. We looked at several places, but none of them compared to these. Great prices, great location, comfy living, and most importantly a very welcoming staff. Leslie and Kaylie were so helpful and friendly from the very beginning of the process, kept in constant contact to help get our application through and approved. We had one small issue with the dishwasher when we moved in but it was taken care of immediately (same day I reported it) and maintenance was very nice about it. Living here has been great, my whole family loves it and feels safe.

My neighbors are super friendly and maintenance was fast to fix the things I needed. The townhouses are beautiful and very spacious. Highly recommend!

My son, daughter, & I hope to be moving here in November. On my 1st visit to the property, I received a folder with floor plans, prices, amenities, rules, income criteria, deposit info, pet info, & more. The staff was friendly & attentive & knowledgeable. A nice lady advised me of exactly what I needed to bring when I returned to apply to rent a 4 bedroom. We returned today & turned in our applications with the information needed. The staff was once again very friendly. They were busy, as many people came & went, but the staff seemed to handle all business very professionally & competently. I was in the office quite awhile, because I have a disability & I take a long time to fill out applications & check over forms. The staff was patient & offered us beverages. They thoroughly & accurately answered my many questions & addressed all my concerns relating to my current apartments. My current apartment does not allow tenants to have a grill. Rancho Del Sol does, as long as it has a cover & grilling is done the appropriate feet away from buildings. My current apartments pool is supposed to be open until 10 & security padlocks pool closed up to an hour early most nights. Rancho Del Sol's pools are open until 10 & they do not lock them, so if I have a few laps to finish up quietly, not a problem. I love swimming & Rancho Del Sol has 2 pools. They also have options between having a washer & dryer, or just the hook-ups for a little less $. Nice, since I have a washer & dryer & don't want to sell them or put them in the storage room. Yes, there is a storage room & not for the washer & dryer. It is for storage! The washer & dryer are actually in the unit. I won't have to walk outside for laundry. The 4 bedroom has 3 1/2 bathrooms, & several extra closets, which is great. There is plenty of parking too, which has become a challenge at many Arizona apartments/townhomes, especially during snowbird season. Parking space is not an issue at Rancho Del Sol. They have a nice clean gym area that I am excited to have onsite. The entire property looks very well maintained. Everything looks new & nothing is rundown. My son drove around the property a couple different nights & he said all activity & people just seemed normal, quiet, & nothing troubling. I lived in a house near Rancho Del Sol for years & my kids attended at Peoria High School. We never had any problems in this area. It's close to the freeway, Westgate, University of Phoenix Stadium, the ballpark, & Arrowhead Mall. I wish I could move in sooner, but my current lease runs until Nov 30th, though I will gladly move early November anyway. I should have noted the names of the nice ladies in the office, but I forgot. My daughter asked if she could keep one of their ink pens & of course they let her. I can't explain what it means to me to find people like this at a nice place that I can afford.

I go across town to find out 2 and 4 bedrooms aren't available until October and 3 bedrooms are available in September. When I asked about why she didn't inform me thru email, she stated policy was to have us come in to tell us no availability. Then she says that they do actually have some available august 1st, but they have a big waiting list for it. So not only is there no availability in the next 2 months, but even the October move in is a slim chance.
Waste of time and gas. I think I'll look elsewhere for a property that's upfront with availability.

There was 0 adjustment to be made as we felt right at home from the start. Leslie and the rest of the staff are great so idk what the problem is with these other reviewers. If you are looking for a safe, comfortable, affordable community for your family - Rancho Del Sol is your place. We hope to stay here for many years.

My family and I have lived here for 3 years and it has been a great community and town home for us. When we first moved in it was an alright place to live kind of trashy and tore down nothing was really important to the staff that use to be here and I cant express how happy we are now that Kaylie and Leslie are running everything smoothly and effectively as possible. These women are great leaders and great managers and very understanding and care about each individual and their families and their home sweet forever home. It fits all of our living needs and the management is great and very cooperative. Kaylie and Leslie have help throughout everything and have understood every obstacle we have encountered. John being head of maintenance has definitely made sure that all of our needs and concerns are fixed and we feel safe in our home. You should most certainly stop in and check out these homes and definitely get to know the management and the staff here. If you are in a living situation and you want to move I would most likely stop by here and apply. If you're looking for management that understands emergencies, and actually takes the time out of their day to listen and help and somewhere that's affordable Ranch Del Sol is the place for you. One of the ladies got rather annoyed because we didn't have all our paper work right then and there. So that was a little off putting but understandable miscommunication over the phone. I haven't lived here but I have worked a lot with the front office staff. Jerri is super helpful, along with everyone else in there. Highly recommended!
